FormaSharp provides mechanical design services, including CAD modeling, 2D drawings, and design consultation. By using our services, you agree to:

  • Not reproduce, resell, or misrepresent our work without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access if these terms are violated.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and design files—is the property of FormaSharp or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without written consent.

Client-specific designs created by FormaSharp remain the intellectual property of the client once payment is completed, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Project Engagement and Deliverables

FormaSharp provides design services based on the scope agreed upon with each client. Deliverables may include:

  • 3D CAD models (e.g., STEP, IGES, SolidWorks files)

  • 2D technical drawings

  • Design documentation or renderings

FormaSharp does not provide manufacturing, prototyping, or CAM programming services. All designs are intended for use by qualified manufacturers or fabricators.

4. Limitation of Liability

FormaSharp is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our designs, website, or services. It is the client’s responsibility to verify that designs meet their functional, safety, and regulatory requirements before production.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your personal information.
